umm, its been three weeks since i ordered mine, i sent you an email a couple days ago... still no response. respond soon or i will cancel my order.

 

ed, sonya ordered hers back in like march, and just got the right one last week. dont hold your breath.

 

well, i sent an email saying ill give till wednesday for ANY kind of response, which i havent gotten yet. and then im canceling my order.

 

PM me with your first and last name and I can let you know whats going on. It said on the website there will be a delay in orders until around the 10th of this month because we are working on a new cast to make key hole plugs faster and better.

 

P.S I received no email whats so ever. Where did you send it to?

 

^ Did you order some? The only reason I ask is because for the last few pages you have been bashing iKONA for the last couple of pages. Such as telling people not to hold their breath, is he a pro painter, who mixes his paint, why don't his/hers match the car paint, etc. Not looking to start a fight here, but have some respect for other people. I'm pretty sure he has his hands full and he's providing a product and service for others and doing the best he possibly can to satisfy everyone's needs. Just don't make little comments like, why doesn't the paint match (you ever mixed OEM paint before?), so and so had to wait this long, don't hold your breath, etc. Can you do that?

 

i sent the email to hotshot@delta-customs.com and recieved an automated reply stating that my email was recieved and i would recieve a response within 24 hours. and it said nothing about a delay when i ordered them. keep in mind i ordered them almost a month ago. and you stated in this thread a day or two after i ordered that all the blues were on thier way out. mine is blue, so i figured it was on its way. anyways, i hope this gets settled soon, pm on its way.

also it would seem to me, that jim is not the only unsatisfied customer. and truthfully, i wish i would have read more of this thread before i decided to purchase.

I know I have problems but I'm trying to fix and handle everything that goes on. I can only do it customer at a time and I do satisfy most customers so if your having problems justice is on its way!

 

I don't think he ever placed an order... No hard feelings though. Hes negative support makes me want to try harder to prove him wrong!

I can vouch for iKona, ordered and received within a week, he even responded to a bunch of PMs when I tried to sell him some interior parts.

 

Your order went out on the 23rd actually and yes it didn't go out when I said it would and I apologize for that. I PMed you the tracking number and if you would like me to post it here I'll be more then happy to. If the post office doesn't get your package to you let me know and I'll make sure you get one even if I have to resend. <- I hate stating this publically because it leaves me open to shady customers that might try to play i-KONA for a free set but I'm hoping that this wouldn't happen as I wouldn't take advantage of other companies with their generous personalities.

 

correction: i ordered mine like feb 10th the first time...just got them last week. they're nice though.

 

Got mine...I see how they fit, with one side slightly larger than the other...But still drops out. Will super glue work ok?

 

You want to use some sort of silicone or 3M glue (weatherstrip or emblem glue.) Hot glue also works. Put one drop only on one side so if you have to remove it, one side will pry easy then you can pull it out.

 

well after what seemed like 4-6 months (forgot when actual transaction happened) i finally got mine today, and they look pretty damn good.
