Tracking is provided 95% of the time. Rarely I send plugs with out tracking. That was before. Now I send tracking 100% of the time. I'm doing these for allot more then just scion tCs so if you want soon I 'll have a page on my website where anybody who has ever ordered from me can check their status. Anybody from Jan 1 should be on that page with an exception of missing a few people.

 

The real question is: How are you sending things?

Are you still going ot sending items Parcel Post?

 

1st class. Parcel post wants $5 which nobody will pay to ship a 14 dollar item. And UPS / FedX wants to charge 7 - 10 dollars which is even more outrageous than $5.

USPS charges Practically 2 - 3 dollars sometimes which is perfect. Dont forget the boxing, envelopes, and tracking, though that adds in together to avg 3 dollars a package.

 

What I dont get is some companies somehow end up paying $3 dollars to send a tiny package with UPS but every time I ask them they say its like 9.80 or something. I need to do some asking around. Maybe theres some kind of membership I'm not aware of I don't know I usually used USPS but now I use UPS for any box that doesn't fit in an envelop.

 

All orders placed before 6PM Central time have been shipped out.

Enjoy them and PM me for your tracking guys. Keep in mind in a few days I'll have a page on my website where it will show tracking and order info of every order from Jan 1st till now. I'll do my best to keep it updated daily on the newer orders until its delivered but no more past one week unless I have extra time. Just one of a few ways to better i-KONA :D

LOL! Are you kidding me! You made my day... And it was already a pretty good day. I'm talking about these small little first class packages not the big packages that come with tracking already. Your garnish looks bad because it was either damaged in the mail or you broke it. Which I offered to fix for no charge. Stop being ridiculous. We all get that your trying to ruin my rep and take me out like I only sell parts for the Scion tC. Even if I did all this bad mouthing seems like its helping order.

I'm just trying to do my job and run my business.

I personally saw this garnish and it was complete and utter CR@P! it wasnt broken, it wasnt damaged in any way by him or during delivery. I swear it looks like you sanded it with a cheese grater and just painted it as is to call it a day....Greg please post pix so ppl can see....

 

I agree, I was there to see when Greg tried to do it himself, and it didn't look as bad as it did now. Honestly I think Greg did a better job. The only thing that he wasn't able to get down was the paint since he doesn't have the equipment.

Not trying to bash here, but just telling it as I saw.

I deal with businesses everyday and I have never seen anything like this.

It is your JOB to contact when payment and order has been recieved.
It is your JOB to AUTOMATICALLY send tracking numbers.

It is your job to communicate with you customers... it is there job to pay you.

Business is not ROCKET SCIENCE...

you do things so that ppl want to work with you.

Okay so I still haven't received my keyhole plugs yet. I ordered them 4 months ago. Ikona had said that all orders have been shipped but still no plugs for me. Now he is no longer responding to the PM's I'm sending him. I have 15 messages from him stating that either he has "sent the plugs but they still haven't arrived for some reason so you will resend them" , "I'll be painting today and sending tomorrow", or "If you could PM me Tuesday that would be good because then I can give you an exact date when I'll ship be it tuesday afternoon or wednsday morning. No later then Wednesday." those are just some of the better quotes. Sorry for such a long post just trying to see if maybe I can get a response from Ikona.
