Wait just a tick...Buckeye23...aren't you from Team Celica, too??? Do you still have the Celica or did you trade it for the tC?

Traded the Celica in for the tC. It was getting sick with multiple mechanical issues. Instead of fixing it, just bought a new car instead. :D

My one regret...not taking the Molly Designs spoiler off the car. I got like 6 requests to buy the spoiler off me. But it went with the car.

As with any dark car, scratches are gonna show up. It's always harder to keep a dark colored car looking "clean", but it's not impossible. I'd say my car looks awesome for 2 days after I wash it until the pollen gets to it. I personally love my IIP and wouldn't have chosen any other color. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it...on the car I ordered! (yup, I ordered it and prayed the color was what I wanted.) When the car is dirty, it's dirty (most people don't notice, but I do...I'm picky about my car). But when it's clean, it's CLEAN. OMG beautiful. I'm sure everyone who has an IIP will agree.

You said it exactly right. I also ordered my tC and hoped the color was as good as I had hoped. But when I finally picked it up it was even MORE beautiful than I had imagined.

guys i am so happy to hear the news....IIP is discontinued and replaced with nautical blue metallic...i dont know what the new color looks like but the 05's will be the only year with IIP...makes me feel special...also the silver streak is being changed as well...holla...some might not like this but i thinks its cool as hell...i was so happy to hear it...also the 2005 IS300 has our color as well...we are special

I was kinda apprehensive about buying the Celica when I heard of all the problems that were happening. I was still gonna buy it, but no dealer could find me one in Spectra Blue Mica, so I got frustrated and quit looking. My friend suggested I look at the Scion tC, which hadn't been released yet, and at first I was in shock that he would even suggest that (my heart was set on the Celica), but decided to give it a chance. Needless to say, I ended up ordering the tC and I couldn't be happier. =)

desi, you speak the truth my friend. this color is, hands down, the best color offered for the tC. black cherry pearl would be a close second, but second nonetheless. although, having said that...

I also like the subaru blue. if our pearlescent blue was a bit brighter it would be better I think.
