Default Installing windshield washer nozzels on carbon fiber hood?

Ok....I spent a solid half hour searching SOLID! I know there is a DIY on this. We know the wholes on the carbon fiber hood are to small and there is no brackets or tabs to mount the lines. I know i need to buy new nozzels to fit. What is the neatest way to mount the lines?

WEll waht hood,Kami or Seibon or another......for the kami ther is no where to hang hose from really just trim them to fit tightly, you will also need to drill out a 3/4"hold where the hose go through under side of hood on the Kami and Seibon hoods so you do not pinch the line.

Seibon hood you can reuse the stock hood cloth and mount the hose behind it.probably the same with other hoods as well.

yeah....another simple job turned into a 2 hour deal.......i just ask questions cause i would like to learn from others mistakes......imagine slipping and dragging a drill across your new seibon hood? OUCH...lol I got it tho. I drilled the wholes to fit the nozzles and took a small bit to open up where the tabs go. I tried to run the lines inside the hood through the wholes that were there directly under where the nozzles go. The lines kept getting kinked, so i ran them outside, and it's fine, but like you said BZ...there's no way to hang them. I think I'm gonna epoxy clips to hold them...

vented or oem hood,if oem with no ent install your stock hood cloth to it and it will allow you to tuck them up and cleans up the hood,we did it to my buddies seibon and it came out great.

That would be sweet....it's vented VS11 I haven't put any thought into using the cloth, maybe? I'll look tomorrow if it's something i want to do. I did rip a couple of the tabs through it in a rush tho. I unbolted the oem then relized the washer lines...lol It would be a really clean look to have it on....... "considered"

I can get a picture,my buddy importspeed on here is the one we put the cloth back on his oem Seibon, also if you ripped the holes in it a little Autozone carries the push in plugs but they are like over an inch wide instead of the small ones the hood comes with.

Also you can use it on the vented Seibon as it has the ribs in it too,you will just have to cut out the vent area.

the Kami is the hard one to do as there is no rib to drill at the vent.
