Default JUST FINISHED FRONTEND MASK......PICS

I just finished outting on a new front end mask I was tired of seeing paint chips....i had little tiny chips of rocks hitting my front end bumper and hood ....its gonna be some trouble but atleast the paint wont chip....The only thing i have to worry about is if it rains it must come off and take it off once a week to wash the car....and wax the car once a month to keep from seeing that paint fading difference....

I was actually thinking about getting one of those last summer for going to my parents (they live on a gravel road) and highway driving to shows and such to keep the bugs off. It doesn't look too bad in my opinion. Not like some of the horrible ones out there that don't fit right.

It fits snug the only problem was getting it to stretch properly but it was an easy install im sure after a while it will take shape and be easy to take off and put back on

I'd rather deal with my little dings and scratches then get one of those ugly things.
With the dirt and rocks that can get underneath there it will do just as much damage.

it's definately not there for looks. I can see the function, but like you said, just make sure you follow your maintenance plan.

Yep I knew about it cause i know people that have it on other cars but their masks dont have soft felt polyester backing and trim to protect against marring the cars finish

isn't it alot of hassle to remove them every time you wash you car and everytime it rains? the rest of your paint will fade differently too...clear bra is the way to go. you can't hardly tell the clear bra is on except in certain angles.

I was also thinking about getting the Front End Mask for long distance drives as it won't attract so many bugs onto my bumber. It'll only be for long drives, but in town i'll take it off. How much are clear bras anyways? Are they permanent? Will the screw up my paint if taken off? Can you wash your car with it on?

clear bra the entire hood like i did, along with the bumper and the side mirrors. clean, easy, no chips, cant notice it either.

its worth the money i believe. i'd clear bra the whole car if i had the money.
