Default Kaminari Reverse Cowl Hood

I've been offered a great deal on a carbon one and was just wondering if theres any real problems with the cowl and the motor being to close, and any experiences people have had with them? Worst comes to worst i'll just have to redesign my new manifold.

I'm an owner of the fiberglass version and have had it now for 3 years. Fitment is superb. Love it to death. Great hood and if you buy one I can assure you that you will be happy with it.

hood holds up very well, water hardly gets in at all under hood, hood stays in good condition, mine is over two years old now and just starting to show signs of age where some rock chips have messes up my clear coat on it,fittment is very good, think mine is the only one that was shipped with the wrong hood latch on it,but other than that it fits perfect, and i like the longer latch as it hides my hood lever now that i relocated the lever down an inch.

best part of the hood is it looks very clean on the car,the cowl size is perfectly angled and raised to give a clean yet aggressive look.

Already am, in the process of building a new manifold, and that basically was my question was how much room do i have. If theres not much difference then ill be fine because i could just work around that or always just make a top mount i guess.

I don't think anyone ever showed solid proof that it can be used with a TT manifold, anybody? I so want one for next summer, just don't want to mess it up with my TT 2.1 mani.

Wow who does own the hood with a turbokit? I have the turbonetics turbokit, i dunno if the hood would fit as the wastegate is already taking off my insulation.
