Just put on some new rims and HIDs! Decided to go with the TRD rims. Saved about $500 buying it my self rather then through the dealership. Went with Yokohama Tires.

 

very clean. I love those rims black on black is the way to beee. how much did you pay for them

 

800 for the rims + 100 for shipping. then 600 for tires.

$1500. where the dealership charges 2000!

 

I like the wheels... just not sure if I like the black on black. Maybe you just need some tint now or something? Or maybe those wheels are just screaming for a BBK.

Clean, I like. Tint the sidemarks on the mirrors and the tail lights also and you are good to go for a nice clean simple daily driver.

Oh, and tint is a must.

Tinting the windows sounds tempting. Just I'll get my ___ pulled over in Illinois if I go to dark...

 

i wouldn't go any darker than 30% tint, but that's just me

I like the front upper grille. did you just shave off the emblem or did you put new set of grille in?

 

you can have any amount of tint percent in the back for IL, and soon they will sign something so that the fronts in IL can have about 35% or somtin

my list:
1. i'm guessing you like the headlights, but i'd definetly get a retrofit done
2. paint the tails red (except the white part) or swap them with 05-07 tails or get these Anzo tails (w/ or w/o the smoked part)
3. paint all 4 calipers black
4. get some black lugs
5. TINT!!

those are the simple cheaper mods.

 

1. Yeah I really love how the headlights look right now.
2. I also love how the tail lights are right now.
3. I completely agree with painting the calipers black!
4. not sure about the black lugs. Its possible.. but i like that really small amount of silver offset.
5. and im considering tinting the windows.
