Looks like an accident to me. Or someone with ADD started keying your car and then seen a piece of paper floating by.

My girlfriends put two scratches similar to that on my car with her purse. Not quite as deep though from the looks of it. I used a touch up pen.

 

Dude my parents put 2 dents on my driver and passenger door, but swinging open the doors w/ no regards every time. I drove my mom to the store one day, she swung open the door and hit the corolla next to us, my doors are like bent in haha.
