If I ever made these they would have to be removable just encase the bad luck happens so it would just be a hard cover that has adhesion backing. So its as hard as any other plastic but is removable. Like an emblem. Yes it is a photo shop by the way. SORRY TO THREAD JACK FORGET ABOUT MY STUFF GET BACK ON TOPIC I AM NOT GOING TO COMMENT ANYMORE ON THIS THREAD BECAUSE IM SURE IM HATED FOR THREAD JACKING!

Hi guys I often find it hilarious that some think they can simply go to home depot and just make what ever.
The TC cover has taken me months of sleepless nights struggling with a vernier caliper to get the perfect piece to work during the R&D phase. Anyone that has them understands what was involved in making them.
Let me go over a few points
1. If you look at your keyhole you will notice that it is not centered with the lock opening. Therefore it called for an eccentric stem which I innovated and developed and nobody else done this and that's why they are not plugs but covers.
2. The paint used for these covers are chroma based and not lacquer based like many of the touch up kit paints you get from Paint scratch.
3. Each of these covers use some of the industry's best adhesion promoters available.
4. I use only the finest clear coat available which is imported from Germany. UVA and UVB.
5. Myself and my partner put in our labor to make these covers and offer a service so you don't have to. Further we have invested in paint for almost all of the Scion colors which is not an easy thing to do investment wise considering there are so many paints.
You get the benefit of sharing the paint and all of the product with everyone else otherwise it would cost you a fortune.
6. We are constantly innovating and developing the product and using some of the profit to develop other future products that you might want.
7. And last we do our best to put customer service and satisfaction at premium and even if someone can rip off my eccentric stem design they still have to answer to so many customers and dead lines and usually these kind of cats usually fall short.
I do not discourage the do it your self's and as a matter of fact I am one but do not compare my hard work and quality of product to Home depot jobs.
