BUT mind you this was about 6-8 yrs ago when the whole lambo door thing started, and hinges back then were heavier and bulkier as opposed to the lighter thinner hnges of this age

 

way i see it man is to each his own; just dont go cheap as i know someone who tried the ebay kit that was supposed to be a $400 bolt on and needless to say almost lost his whole door when it couldnt hold the weight and nothing would match up (fitment was bad) and like others said you will need to extend the wires as well for them to work

 

Lambo doors aren't that bad, they're just not a new trend in the show circuit.

LSD doors are expensive, but they are quality built. I've seen these on several high-end cars...not Lambos :o)

Personally, I'd buy something a little more useful like wheels, performance upgrades, suspension parts, etc. Do what you like bro...be different.

Get some carbon fiber doors because we have really heavy doors. This will help with sagging around the hinge.
I don't approve of lambo doors, but it's your car.

Damn CF doors would be hella sexy and very Diff.

 

i would be a little worried about safety with CF door and daily driving.

 

If you get cf doors tho ud have to repaint the whole car, and and thats just not worth some door hindges ha

 

you can pull the door bars from the stock door and mod them to fit, but really these were intended for cars with a cage.

 

make sure u go all out on the show car status cuz no ones gonna wanna see that near a track, make us all look worse, and dont cheap out n bend a hinge or lose your door

 

Why would you have to repaint the whole car? I think CF should be kept blk, Turn your car into Panda.

 

^^agreed; there's someone on here that has them and didnt paint em; that would be like getting a CF hood and painting it to match the car

 

I like a cf hood tho, i just think doors by itself would look funny. But ive never seen them myself so mayb im wrong

 

look up 'dodaddy' i believe he's got carbon fiber doors

 

Yeah i dont remember who it was but there is a guy on here with Hood,Doors and trunk CF.

YES!

You do have to shave a little off the fender to allow room for the hinge to open.

You do not have to extend wiring harnesses. There is plenty of wire in the door. All you need to do is unclip a few places the wires are held inside the door and you will have plenty of slack.
