i already have lambo doors on my ride, but i was just curious, what kit if any, makes the doors just go up not out and up...or if that a matter of welding or not

 

all the kits go out then up........that is the only way they work.

I think so.
You need to pull out regardless otherwise the top of the door will never clear the body of the car.

It can be done for the right amout of money. It will have to be a custom job because youll need a different type of door and cut some of the cars body structure....Your looking at close to $4-5K or maybe even more to have that done. I mean anything can be done lol

 

It'll be a custom cut and weld work. You'd have to cut metal off the fender to add to the door to make the door go up without interference and also cutting of the A-pillar. Just look at how the doors are designed on the Lambo and how they're cut and designed and operate.

lambo doors on a Z?

 

The Z has the GT Factory weld on kit, which is able to go 90* and would be one of the kits to consider if you want to get the doors vertical. Regarding the owner saying the door does not go out first and then up a say false. Until he has a video of his door opening straight up, not believing it.

 

lol lambo doors are crazy on a tc. the fitment isn't taht great. but they all have to go out and up
