Default Lambo door brands.

i want to make this short and simple. Lambo door/sissor doors what ever they are called. I'm getting them next week and i like them. Don't care if you guys do or not. Now i know i'm not getting the VD, Inc. kit or a cheap ebay one. I was thinking about JT autostyle. Is there a better kit that is bolt on out there for the tc's. The deablow kit is univerisal i think and i don't want it. I remeber hearing about another company. So is JT the best bolt on kit for the TC, if not which one is?

personally... i do these kits at my shop on a weekly basis... i have them on my tc and i couldnt recomend a better kit... they open and close flawlessly... i have seen lots of other cars with different brands and they are horrible...

the nicest feature to these is that they are adjustable... like so if and when the hinge starts settling... you can adjust it so that it closes just as easy as it did when you first put it on...

i used lock tight on mine... have had them on for almost 6 monthes now and have not had to adjust them yet... i have done 3 tc's total and two of them were for friends... none of them have had any probs... stick with JT... its a direct bolt on... just be prepared to cut the inner fenders and paint the back side so theres no rust... besides that... enjoy them

I second the JT autostyle hinge... I loved it, installed it myself and could say anything bad about them...

But it's not bolt on. Only thing it the easy of mind that the welding was done right. It's only 100 dollers more for the GT kit. I live 30 minutes from edgewood, MD where the company is that makes the GT kit. I'll go visit them tomarrow and see the kit with my own eyes. I do like that fact that it opens 90 degrees and it uses two gas shocks.

It like the concept of the GTFactory Doors, but don't know if they work on the tC... and fear the idea on a non-bolt-on kit... a bolt on kit is an install pain in itself... having to hack away and custom weld the doors is a scary proposition...

You'll love the JTAutostyle and their service and warranty are good as gold!
