Please use the search option. There have been a ton of threads on this... there has to be information in one of them.

Click Search at the top... put in your terms and then be sure to select the option that says: "Search for all terms" ... Otherwise you'll get crappy results.

Though a great affect and feature to add on (I plan on it too) verticaldoors is not a kit I would invest in...

the doors do not open 90º and can cause a hassle to get in and out of the car...

the kit I am getting is only 1k, not 1.6k and does open 90º and is 3 way adjustable to MY specifications...

I'll find the site if I can remember it...

Lambo doors I think are a pretty good investment. They'll cause stress on the body but unless they're left open for along time, they shouldn't cause that many problems.

With these long heavy doors, I've found lambo doors to be VERY helpful in tight parking (found at the university parking lots.)

I'm gonna try and get them. I just wanna find some that are automatic too!

I am a big fan of lambo doors......on Lamborghinis. They don't belong on a $16,000 dollar car. They are several reasons why I believe they should stay on Lamborghinis and not tCs, Civics, etc.

-They are prone to sagging after time. The shocks begin to wear out. When this happens, watch your head. It hurts cracking your head on a door.

-Where they attach isn't meant so support the full weight of the brackets with a door hanging from it. A normal door has two hinges that equally hold the weight of the door. A lambo kit is supported only by the small area where the bracket is attached. That means this area will be under a lot of stress with the doors hanging. I have heard many cases of the attachment point warping/bending under the stress of the door. Where the bracket attaches to the body needs to be reinforced.

-If you are ever involved in a rollover accident, you are trapped. You could say the same thing if you roll onto your side in a normal car, but you will still have a door facing up you can get out of. You will be trapped with lambo's.

^^^ if you are mobile enough to get out of a door after a rollover, I believe that you could get out of a window if necessary, may not be as easy, but you aren't trapped.
