I'm interested in doing some angel eyes for my tc and was wondering why the heck does CCFL angel eyes cost so damn much??? I mean arent they they same as regular CCFL tubes that you use on computer cases??? I mean i use the same tube i got at Fry's Electronics for 9.99 for my interior lighting, the only difference is they are bent..And those power supplys are nothing more than regualr cold cathode inverters that you can pick up for 4.99 at any ITC store, they are NOT ballast as everyone refers to them...

I was looking on ebay and the ricey LED angel eyes seems alot cheaper 24.99 last time i checked but they aren;t anywhere as bright...sorry but i don;t see $159.99 for a DIY mod such as this being worth the money...I was wondering if theres any local stores or shops in socal that has em for less than $100 and offers installation for a price since im too scared of baking my headlights...
