Let my car to my mom..never doing it again (help!!)
Our older car is in the shop for a day or two and my mom (typical filipino mom lol) needed to go to Costco. Well needless to say I trusted her with my car. She comes home and tells me she hit the bumper while parking in our garage (we have a garage in my building).She hit it softly against one of the pillars and the pillars are painted yellow at the sides, so you guessed it theres yellow paint along with some scratches on my bumper now
I could probably scrape most of the yellow paint away with my finger nails but for the stuff thats harder to take off, what can I do? Until I get all the yellow paint off, I dont know how bad the damage is. Any suggestions?
:::::::::::UPDATE::::::::::
I used a bit of rubbing alcohol and the yellow paint came off easily, but theres scratches under the yellow paint. When I rub alcohol over the mini scratches it looked like they disappeared but reappeared when the alcohol dried up (which was like a second). Could I still use Scratch X to take it away? Will this scratch X take away scratches that are deep? My car also got keyed when I parked it in a bad area, theres about 2 short scratches by my gas tank and they are pretty deep. What can I do to take those scratches away?

Depending on the deductible I cant imagine that costing over 500 dollars to fix so making the claim you would end up paying for it yourself.
