I can prolly lower the rear a lil more, dial in pre-load or sumthin'... but it'll still end up pretty even... and from what I keep hearing, I'm pretty low for running Megans...

So do you guys think if I order a rear swaybar it will help reduce the amount of rubbing while turning quickly? I have to slow down almost to a crawl and I still get rubbing

It makes sense if you think about it. They're made to reduce bodyroll so maybe a front and rear swaybar set would make the chassis nice and stiff allowing us tucked dudes to turn going more than 5mph

nope...

i have the trd rear sway and i still get front rubbing....

it may help with the rear as im not near as low as you in the rear and on stock wheels....but in the front im not as low as you either and i still have rubbing problems ....not as bad as yours so i guess maybe it helped mine but does not prevent it 100%

x2....the front is the problem for me too.
the tire hits the fender when turning too fast or when there a bump.
i guess there's no solution unless you take the fender off hahaha

For real man. I may be the scapegoat and try it out, you can get the front Suspension Techniques sway here for 151:

http://www.autoanything.com/suspensi...0A2188209.aspx

Is that a good brand? Never heard of em, but the neon green is tight !

edit: you can save 5 on that with coupon code AASAVE5

so 146 shipped... hmm

balance....

a front bar basically increases rear grip....

a rear bar increases front grip...

our cars are already very willing to understeer because our front bar is som much bigger than our rea...understeer happens when you have more rear grip than front and the front tires break loose first...so im going to pull numbers out of the air here

if we have a 20mm front bar and a 14mm rear bar the setup is more "tight" or understeering...

if we have a 24mm front and a 14mm rear then the setup is even more "tight" and dangerously understeering....

if you have a 20mm front and a 19mm rear it is "loose" or oversteering....

and then a 24mm front and a 19mm rear it is balanced...

i PERSONALLY run no front bar and the TRD rear sway.... with 302 front springs and 512 rear springs and some serious camber....car handles like its on rails....but it also can get a lil tail happy...and in the rain turns are taken like im on ice....i dont know if i would even recommend it to anyone else as a setup to use.... especially in this scenario where body roll and rubbing is an issue....

also 4-wheel drifts are always fun....

hope all that makes sense

i dont think getting a sway bar/bars will help your rubbing problem while turning.
in fact i dont think anything will besides running a diff. tire/wheel setup.

think about it, it has nothing to do with how stiff anything is, no matter how stif of a setup you get, if the wheel doesnt fit...it just doesnt fit.

however if you rub during bumps, set your coils to the hardest setting and/or look into stiffer springs that will fit on your coils.

Devin, don't just get the front sway, its very dangerous as others have already stated.

I even understeered a couple of times having both the front (set on 40%) AND rear (set on 338%). My last understeer at the canyons caused me to total my car...
