to clear things up.
i have 2 cars, the 09 tc and a 2000 cadillac catera.
as soon as the first sign of snow comes the tc goes in the garage and gets uninsured (except for theft and fire protection), then the cadillac comes out and gets insured, once i think its clear for the rest of the year, i do the same things, just switch the cars around.
so i consider them both daily driven.
