alrite you guys if we did it for the kaeon kit we can do it for this style hood

i have been waiting along with countless tC owners for such a hood to come out, the reverse side vent style. this is just one example from mugen but the same idea with or without that bump in the front would look amazing on a tC

We can get this, but not unless we begin DEmanding it as consumers and as a scion comunity!

Take off stock hood and place a dog turd on top of your engine cover for the same effect. Hope this helps.

It looks nice but I want the stock hood as it is, easier to clean when I wash the car. Don't have to worry about those holes and bumps.

all the hoods you posted are long hoods

if you look at the tc hood, it is a very short hood, and would look TERRIBLE like that.

an OEM style CF hood looks just fine.

 

Seriously though most of those hoods are damn horrible, especially that first one. It'll make ur tc look like a horrible knock off of a batmobile.

 

i dont think that our tC's really look...uhh..."aggressive" enough for those hoods

 

 

I think our TC was meant to have a simple euro look and that's how I'm keeping mine.

 

our hood isnt too short for this, its actually alot longer than the yellow nsx's hood, seriously u guys theres a way to do this right. there doesnt have to be as many vents as in the first hood but fewew and wider vents that go parallel to the tC hood's side curves

 

Personally I don't like it one bit, but hey to each their own. What I think would look much better would be a hood with a scoop like the WRX.

honestly some of the hoods are nice but someone would need a nice a$$ bodykit to pull off any of those hoods on a tC.
