low beam question - should DRL go off when low beam is ON?
Scion tC 2009, stock headlight housing.
The daytime/parking lights come on fine. Then when I turn on headlights (low-beam) the daytime lights still continue to be ON.
Even when high-beam, DRLs are ON always.
Is that normal?
