They aren't good to do business with.

I ordered a set and got charged for it and it took me 4 months just for them to tell me they are out of stock. I want a refund but said they no refunds. WTF!!! Just got a different item which costs less than what I paid for, again no refunds. That'll be the last time I'll ever order from them!

Never had one problem with them. I've ordered 6 sets of lights from them. I love their head lights, I've had mine for a lil over a year now and they've never burnt out.

I dont understand why people complain about no refunds and crap.
That is the beauty of credit cards. If you didnt get the item,
then a simple call to the card will cancel the charge. I do know
that american express is very card holder friendly when it comes
to canceling a charge and protecting card holders. They will almost
always take the side of the card holder. Running a business, believe
me I have gotten into numerous arguments with Amer express for
customers fraudulently contesting a charge before they would RARELY
agree and credit my account.

So now I only use americna express and have had the need to cancel a
charge for items.. service not received a few times.

The number in that announcement above is NOT for LUMINICSBULBS.COM, but for the manufacturer - see the link.

The announcement is BY the manufacturer and from August of last year...
