minor update ..
The frame of the headlight has been painted to match the color of the car, side marker is also painted with about narrow band of the amber reflector left.

I will try to post some additional pictures this evening.

Headlight just got done installing this morning, too bad the sun came out too soon so not enough time to aim the projector properly but here is the finished picture with CCFL halo on

It's will be a A8 & A4 shrouds

 

This is all labor intensive custom work.

That is so sweet. I like how you covered up the stock turn signal area. Gonna do anything to the side marker?

 

side marker will be mostly painted over and use as reflector
only. The end result of the entire system is that the quad projector will project a wide enough beam that equivalent of the adaptive driving HIDs in the luxuary cars like Lexus.

 

Neato!! But, I don't know if the audi shrouds will work well for tC headlights. Hopefully everything turn out well. Good luck and good job.

Did you fill the turn signals with body filler? Cuz if you did, its gonna crack open in the near future and look ugly
