I am thinking of going with Lambo doors as well, but I want a reliable kit that goes to a full 90 degrees. Not sure who has what on their tC's yet, but could you let me know who does do the full 90 angle???

only seen 2 in person, not sure what kits they had
but one had extensive money spent to get it to fit and still looked like poop
and the other i thought the doors were gonna fall off when getting out of the car

both were very flimsy when the doors were wide open, sad really....

That's why I am thinking of going with Vetical Doors Lambo set up. They have a lifetime warranty, and I heard they are solid, but I only think they go to like 75 degree angle, not the 90 I need to get in and out comfortably. Only problem with Vertical Doors kit is that it's really expensive!!!!

I agree with Dave, a lot of the kits on the market all have their flaws, but you are going to have that when the doors are as heavy as the tC's

How hard would it be to do a suicide door conversion on the tC? I have been thinking about that, and or, a reverse lambo setup If anyone has someone they know of that can perform such a task.. let me know.. I have the urge to splurdge

Go Gullwings and really splurdgeeeeeee

I was thinking Suicide doors as well, but all my buddies said it would look better on a four door rear doors then only a 2 door coupe. I think the lambo is the only way to go on a coupe like the tc's

wow i think a few of us are getting ahead of ourselves. all i said was he built cars for shows, not for show...theres an "s". i think just because a show has a deadline you should not just settle for something that is available in time for the show. thats my point...get what you want, not what you can for the show. thats it. my opinion came from the fact that he stated NOPI was coming soon and he wanted something before it came to town...

on a side note 95% of NOPIcars = rice...costly rice

well since wedrivescions is going to be lazy..or he just hasnt seen this pot yet, or i just completly missed his post in here...i'll speak on behalf of him and he can delete or leave this if he feels like it when he see it...

he has Vertical Doors By JTAutostyle . I think they are probaby the best bolt on doors out there. in my personal opinion i like how they open out then up..but arnt straight up and down when they are up..they are up and at an angle. They are also good for a daily driver becaus you can open them a good distance like a normal door, so you can get in and out without using the strut and causing wear and tear.

i know your going to want to push em up at the mall or theater or in public..bu tim talking work parking lot...home driveway...you dotn watn to open them up everytime you get in or out. They are also decent price and an EASY install. I and wedrivescions would both recoment the Vertical Doors By JTAutostyle doors hands down.

how about instead of lambo. or suicide. or any of that. copy the new FUSE concept. and get butterfly doors. those things are actually pretty hot.

I like the LSD doors, but $2000 is a bit much
It would be nice to open normal or Vertical, but $1200 difference is a lot

Honey0bucket: Are the JTAutostyle doors flimsy? Also, do you have a site that shows them?
