well.... try turning them on for awhile and see what happens. when you touch the bulb, the oil from your fingers slowly creeps in. sometimes itll blow out the bulb and sometimes it wont

it could be one of 3 things bad ground. bad relay, or bad ballast. check for around the conection points for moisture ar a chalky looking substance . if its present around any connectors I advice you to buy dielectric grease or white lithium grease.

I doubt its the bulb

Switch the bulb to the other ballast and see if the problem still occurs.

Have you tried contacting Clifford?
He ships out a lot of equipment, and as with all electronics, it's unfortunate that there are sometimes bad parts.
Try contacting him. He's very friendly and usually willing to help out his customers.

Did you also try putting the "good" bulb in the other ballast, make sure it's a problem with the ballast or wiring on that side?

id say definitely check your relay, that thing gets wet and things start trippen out!, but it could be your ballast also...but it is DEF not the bulb it self..

My left headlight went completely out. The problem was a bad relay. Sometimes it gets wet and rusty and stops working properly. Go check your relay first.

flickering means u haent got enough power to the ballast, it charges and tries to make the arc happen but fall shot. very bad for the bulb.....if u are running on the stock harness, stop and build a wiring harness.

mine did that it was the wiring harness... what i did was just put some of that dielectric grease in the connector from the wireharness to the ballast and it works great... i have MOBILEHID too!

my adive dude is to pull that relay and start scraping. even after one night oxidation can happen.trust me on this one.

what you should really do is swap the ballast instead of bulb. a bulb is a bulb. if that ballast on the bad side fires up on the good side then its definitely a wiring issue

get a razor blade or something a scrap all terminals .Put dielectric grease on every single connector. then randomly check every 3 weeks for oxidation on the terminals and re-apply new grease.

Ive had Hids since 05 and this is a problem with any retrofit/ hid kit setup. BTW sometimes the wiring harness from kits are wrong so make both sides are identical.
