Molded Five Axis Lip...completed. updates pg1.

Finally finished...didnt get a chance to wash it yet but couldn't resist a photoshoot. Let me know what you think.

I work at a body shop so i did it myself over lunch breaks and took it home in the evenings to work on it.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Was a lot harder to do than i expected but im happy with how it turned out.

No. I used fusor products to put it on. We had a civic come back to the shop we molded a lip on he ran up over a curb it actually ripped the front bumer off right above where the fusor stopped never crack the product at all, its awsome stuff.

Kinda like bondo but not really

Yes its sandable and bonds super strong.
Here is the link to the fusor website. http://www.lord.com/Home/ProductsSer...1/Default.aspx I used the 142 to glue it together and also build up the seams then i used 114 for final smoothing because the 114 you want to keep as thin as possible. You will also need thier 602ez adhesion promoter. If you guys want i can do a write up as i do the rear lip.
