When you weld aluminum you need to weld it with aluminum right?
When you weld aluminum you can use steel to weld them together.
So to answer your question, no it will not rust.

Not yet, but im sure you can imagine how it will look.
it replaces the stock unit and fits perfect.

yeah i can picture it, but i would wanna see it. and it appears to fit well... i can see the little stub on the bottom which pretty much holds it in place, so im not doubting the fitment. i just wanna see how good it really looks on the tC to see if i wanna dish out that much money for a metal can.
