so last night i got home at 2 am and between that time and 6:30 this morning someone stomped the hood and front left fender in with nike sneaker my guess is that it was a drunk kid because i at Rutgers in an apartment. i know it was a nike because the kid had dirt on his shoe and there is nike swoosh marks on both the hood and the fender however i am pretty sure the kid was little because he had small feet. needless to say im looking for replacement parts im going with a carbon fiber hood and probably just an OEM fender. any ideas ladies and gentlemen?

yeah i know i live in new brunswick by Rutgers University, it probably wasnt a midget, and who makes good CF hoods for the tC i figure ill probably just go with OEM style.

 

I went to Rutgers too. Last week walking on Easton Ave I saw these two college kids yelling and running along both sides of parked cars and smacking all the cars with something hard that made all the car alarms go off. One, good thing I parked on a sidestreet, second, I would have killed them if one of those was my car. Third, must avoid Thursdays at Rutgers completely.

 

best company to go wit for a cf hood is vis trust me u won't regreat it

 

yeah i like it down here but the parking is terrible and drunk kids do the dumbest stuff. i was looking at VIS and Seibon what about a driver side fender?

 

I know a small place in Metuchen that does amazing body work and charge the least because it's a small family business.

 

thats wild....i was at the Giants game on Sunday... I saw some drunk lady jump on her husbands accords hood..proceed to attempt to walk to the top...one step on the windshield the whole thing spiders.... we were all wasted to so we were screamin at her to loose some weight....any hoo i thought it was funny...

 

damn that sucks what every u do man go to a scion parts department and get ur fender from thier dont get a OEM replacement thats what i did and the fit ment is good but not great so just get ur fender straight from the dealer good luck man

yeah the landlord copied 12 hrs. or survelliance video to DVD for me so ive been watching it bit by bit if i find them I WILL DESTROY THEM! im gonna try and straighten out the fender because the fender is real minor but the hood will get replaced for sure. im looking at oem seibon ive heard good things about them. the only thing i worried about is the hood fading because apparently thats a problem with CF.

 

i would go with a seibon

 

Yeah when its in direct sunlight.....just keep a coat of wax on it.
