the fuse box for those is right behind the driver side headlight between the battery and fender. once you take off the cover under it will tell you which fuses are for what.

 

so after lookin about a million times what is wrong with my light si finally FOUND it!!

it was the stupid clip that has the leads goin to the sockets them selfs..there was a little corrosion and crap so i cleane dthem and they work fine..thansk guys for the help!
