Yesterday someone had hit and ran on my baby tC. That a**.
anyways since my car is still under warranty is it possible to take it back to the dealership to fix? The left fender has a very little dent and some minor scratches.
Any feedback would be appreciated, we all know that we want to keep out tC's in good shape...well my car is what i live for!

A dealer will not fix something like that under warranty. Warranties are for manufacturer defects, not negligence. If you want the scratch removed, you are going to need to take it to somewhere that does PDR. The scratches might buff out with some Maguire's ScratchX, otherwise, a shop might be able to color match and repaint the scratches. The dealership might have someone that does PDR and touch ups, but I can guarantee it won't be done for free under warranty.
