Well...I decided I would finally register with this forum after reading the posts for the past couple months and gaining a lot of knowledge. And what better way to start out my reputation on here but to start a rice war? So without further ado, pictures of my tC...enjoy.

 

lmao, i knew it would only be a matter of time. Does it create downforce?

I always wondered if a kid walkd by and pokes his eye out on one of these spoilers (knocks on wood), could there be a possible law suit? lol

 

Lol you must need all that downforce your car being front wheel drive and all.... Did you pick that spoiler up at your local pep boys or did you steal a bench from the local park?

 

haha no...no downforce, atleast none that I can tell. Well I would hope that someone would be able to see it and not run into it...god knows it's big enough. But I wanted to be different and I like it a lot IMO

No this was purchased off of eBay... $100 shipped to my front door. Plus about $100 for install at local audio/performance shop.

 

As I'm sure you're expecting, prepair to be flamed!!

That said, I like the wing, I just hate seeing it on a tC.
It's a very nice design, has a future-gothic style that I dig.
But as I said, just not on the tC.

My worst fear is that the tC is going to become another honda
and every kiddie with $100 and a pepboys near by is going
to bolt on whatever chinese made, foil wrapped, faux carbon
piece of crap LED laiden bolt on he can get his hands on, and
think it's cool.

Now, maybe if you were to run with your start, find some
wheels that were thin and spidery, and black like the wing...
I think you'd be into some hot future-got look that might get
you past the crys for rice!!

At least you have enough sense to know that it is ricey and seem to have a good humor about it. When it all comes down to it, its your car not mine so it doesnt really matter what anyone thinks about it as long as you like it. Although personally I think you could have definetly chosen a better looking spoiler.

 

You hurt that car. Makes me sad to see that tC in such pain.

 

With the proper body kit and a turbo to back it up, its not that bad. Cool looking wing, just not matching the car IMO.

Your tC is clear for take off!!
If ya like it thats all that matters. I think it's way to big for the car, looks out of place.

hey you should get hooked up with some big LED's and put them on each side of your driveway for the landing strip.

like everyone else said, at least you admitted it was rice.. but i mean.. why would you do it then? do you honestly like the way that thing looks?

 

I think its a nice wing but its definitely rice, especially since your tC is stock. I agree with Raven, if you got some rims and a kit, you could possibly pull it off. my .02[/quote]
