I have a 2005 Scion TC and i love the look of the Halo HID conversion Kits. But ive been reading posts and everyone has either been having problems installing, adjusting or making them look good. i dont want to spend really more then 400 if i can. So please post the best quality and the easiest lights to install. im a noob atthiskinda stuff.

halo hid conversion? mm do you mean plug and play HID kits for the stock halogen head lamps?

plug and play don't mean plug and play....
u gotta remove old lights and harness and put the new one in and mount the ballast...

plug and play = hid conversion kit even though u gotta do some work.
