need help with my tint

i got my windows tinted like a month ago and theres alot of dots on the window in the tint i think its dirt is there any1 or any way to fix it or i have to retint the windows??

if it's dirt or dust.. you have to retint.

how would i find out def if its dort i mean its jus bubbles maybe iut oculd b re heated ??
