Hey ordered some new headlights, but looking for a DIY on how to do so...

I couldn't find anything in search so is there a DIY on how to install the new headlights? If so post.. not sure if i have to remove the front bumper and what not...

Also, i bought the headlights from someone here on SL and plan on putting some sealant around the edges of the clear case and the back so it does not fog up.. Any recommendations on what i should as a sealant?
