I went to the Chicago Autoshow on Sunday, saw the tC RS 4.0 and realized it looked diff...(obviously). but looking closer i realized why, i have an '08 so ive got that stuppid "boob" looking headlight, well the RS 4.0 just had flat headlights with no "boob". ANybody else notice this? im thiniking about doing a swap when they come out cuz i like them way better.

 

I didn't notice that, I'll have to look again. I don't think the swap would be worth it. Just like all other release series parts, they will be insanely overpriced and require a VIN to order.

idk, at the Chicago Autoshow they had a RS 4.0 with no *****, i was gonna ask one of the Scion people there but right after the presentation they all dissapeared. o well.

 

i havent even seen a rs4 tc and is this boob the bubble looking thing on the 08 headlights? post pics for rs4

yea, its the big bump on the headlight lens. i tried looking for pics of both so i could compare, but couldnt find any good ones. Ill look again

 

yeah all the OEM projectors for the tC have *****, they should have used an older headlight instead, so no ***** will be seen. lol

The RS 4.0 looks like it uses the lense from one of the older tCs.

 

i cant tell, from some angles the RS looks like it has ***** and from others it looks like it doesnt...
but i swear in person at the autoshow the lense was the flat and it had projectors...

maybe ill take a trip down to the Scion dealer on Monday since i dont have work...ill see what i can find out.
