can anyone recommend a pair of license plate lights that look OEM like the Lexus IS350? I'd rather have some that look clean and natural rather than just super bright. thanks in advance!

I have the v-led flank LED's in HID white. I like the fact that the light is directed down towards the plate. The first set of HID white LED's I had were multi-directional and you could see some light from them shining in the TBL. So far they are "flicker" free, time will tell.

I've bought a bunch of LED's all burning out and not lasting very long. I used to go for the dim LED white but these are bright and look great. Surface Mount LED is definitely way to go! I'll get pictures up when i can, $9 from China i think and they got here in less than a week. You can't go wrong they look awesome! I bought these from Ebay and they are by far the best that I have seen.

On my tC the wiring unplugs from the back of the socket allowing to reverse the polarity to the LED's. Most LED's for automotive use are polarized, ie there is a common and a positive side to them.

still say these! Nice white tint - not blue and really bright. Don't have pictures yet, working on it.

ordered the Polarg M-4 bulbs last night. thanks Yanki01!

they look the best so far from the pics i've seen. Plus, they are made by Mackin, the same company bringing Volk/Gram Lights so I would assume they are of decent if not excellent quality. And for a little less than $12 shipped on ebay, not bad.

Guys, take a look at my post. I GUARANTEE you will love the bulbs I sell, or send them back for a refund on the bulbs minus shipping, no questions asked. You cannot get a better guarantee than that!

Here are pics I took tonight showing the Polarg 194/168 bulbs versus stock. They only appear to be blue in the pictures. They're much whiter in person

MUCH whiter in person. Garage, i liked your LED bulbs, but they just didnt match up to what we need in our housing. the LED's are directional, the "bulb" will be brighter because its spreading light, unlike the LED. trust me, ive tried my fair share of supposed "brightest" & "whitest" led bulbs and none come close to the color i wanted with the Polargs. the money back guarantee is good, but we'd still loose money on shipping.

Here's some pics of mine for the new page...

Both bulbs installed.
