I wanted to creat an interest thread for the possibility of a new lip kit being produced for the tC. My whole approach with this kit was to be clean and subtle.

almost like the nia front without the high parts
id like it of the rear lip was a little lower too haha
other than that it looks good

 

cool, i guess i could see what your talking about with the NIA kit. However, I was going for what the Jp kit should have looked like.

 

ya kidna reminded me of the jp lip kit but less boxy also

I like it...I would buy if I wasnt done wit exterior mods...

kinda looks like the 5axis front lip? the sides dont flow well imo.

 

thats a clean kit, I still like the 5 axis the best tho. When I get my lip kit, Im gonna have it bondo'd flush to the bumper so it looks cleaner.

As many other people already pointed out, it looks too similar to the JP lip kit. If I were you, I'd create something new, and not a redesign of something already out. I like where you're going by keeping within the body style of the tC. For example, I feel that the best lip kits are the FIVEaxis and OEM lips because they compliment the lines of the tC very nicely, whereas the RS1/ABS lip is kind of rectangle-ish, which creates a visual damper for the person viewing the car.

 

What would the back look like?

 

the front is ok. i like the side skirt but i wanna see more pics of the rear. Maybe more of the fron side lip to mold better with the bumper.

 

im interested.

 

it reminds me a bit of the honda/acura type-r styled lips...

 

looks like the bastard child of an NIA and JP Kit...

go for something a little different.
