I was wanting to paint my tC the half and half. I have indigo ink right now but what i was wanting to do was paint the top part (from the bend above the door handle) a metallic black with a silver stripe separating the two colors. I am going to leave the bottom indigo ink. Let me know if this will look ok. I am also looking for pics of anyone who has paint scheme like this.

sounds like it would look good. Two tone tC's are hott.

 

I've seen it done and I just thought that it didn't look that good! Since the IIP is kinda dark color the metallic black won't be "wow". If it was my car I would do Silver top IIP bottom with black pinstripe.

 

I was thinking the same thing. A SSM or CSM top would look better.

 

I was always wondering how much that would cost if a local body paint shop were to do that? Does anyone know? BTW, from the top i'd go with silver black stripe and then IIP as mentioned^

 

Heres a quick rough idea of how it MIGHT look. It would obviously look better if actually done but this is just so you have some rough idea. I also messed around with a few other mods while i was at it haha, ie: cleared reflector, tinted head/taillights, 2-tone nose.
