so i assume toyota used the standard grey colored glue/sealant? i read that dodge started using sillicone to seal the headlights and baking no longer does the trick. i was afraid it might be the case with the tc since its so new.

Correct, standard grey sealant.

Dodge, correct again.

Good knowlege Maximus. Some of Dodge 300C headlights are actually doable.

it doesnt take 20 mins........ u gotta take them off (take off the bront bumper and bunchas clips) then unplug them and bake them, take them apart ,glue the rings on, put them together again, bake them again, put them back in, do it again with the second headlight.... then wiring will take a while too... i got them and i scrwed up installing them cause i broke one halo ring while i was gluing it on so now need to get another one in couple of weeks or so ill let u guys know if these things r worth it......

you'll have one in 2 days.
And it does take 20 minutes when they are in the oven.
The COMPLETE install for a pro will be 2 hours.
for the average guy it's a 3 out of 4 wrencher

what temp do you bake the headlights, what do you sit it on. i was always afraid to bake my lights, but i know the basic process. 3 - 4 hours is alot... but it might be worth it. you can still use your normal lights correct? you can run the angel eyes to a seperate switch correct (such as a toggel)?

OK, I'm interested.....BUT I have a ton of questions that I would like answered before I drop $200 on 4 florescent rings.

A: Do the lights come with any sort of guarantee, if a bulb goes a month after I buy them, am I up ____ creek? Do you sell them individually?

B: Do you have any pictures of an install.

C: How are they wired?

D: How are they glued in place, am I going to be baking my headlights every weekend to re-glue them?

E: If they are fluorescence, can you still link them to a dimmer (as per the description on the CC site) my understanding of lighting technology is that you can't dim fluorescence.

F: When is the CC site going to be updated to show them as available?

Many thanks in advance.

I've been watching this thread for seems like months waiting for some pics of these in stock housing from different angles and in day and night. REALLY, we can make, develop, and market, ohh wait, we CAN'T market... no pics in this thread!

PLEASE! Lets see some pics of these to satisfy our hunger, so the ones of us with $$$ to spend can give it to YOU.

Send me a set, I'll get them on in a day and take photos for you, put a sticker on my ride and answer every PM about install...

Market these babies, so you'll make more money.

All,

I should be good to go Saturday and have pics and be able to answer questions Saturday regarding install and operation, given USPS's speedy delivery.... A lil' more patience and you'll have what we all have been waiting for.

looks very good. but that install seems to be too extreme for that... i think i will wait for headlights to come out for the tC that incorporate the angel eyes.

those will more than likely be using LED angel eyes and no where near as bright as CCFLs.
