It's a crazy color, but I think I have enough black to balance it out (doc's trim plate and radiator plate, intake, and heat shield).

I'm hoping it works out.

 

Still waiting to hear from the guy. May call this evening if I don't hear anything. I'll pretty much need to get it tomorrow to have time to get the stuff on before VIP this weekend.

 

love the saftey orange man! and did you get that valve cover from somewhere? or is it your stock one? wondering how much you paid if you bought it from somewhere. hope you get the stuff done by vip, cant wait for that.

 

Cover was from TRDSparks, brand new. Something like $172 shipped (close to that anyway). A bit pricey, but I wasn't going to be without my valve cover for any period of time. I plan on selling my current one once it's done to recoup some of the cost.

Haha, ya. He showed me an orange he had in stock and it was fluorescent... I was like "ya, I'm not looking for something that bright." This is a little darker than a couple I looked at. Then again, it might look TOTALLY different on the parts.

At least it will be different.

 

Booo, you should have went with the brighter one lol. Safety Orange is supposed to be the brightest color to the human eye lol.

 

Just one of the most visible... not necessarily brightest.
