yeah the pix are kinda lame..i only had my 5 year old digi cam and the car is DEFFINETLY not clean. i'll get some better ones when oregon gets a day of sun and i dont have to work. let me hear opinions!

 

now it's time to color match the unknowns to your car. i saw a hot lava xB that did colored the black part of the rim to the color of the car. hot? oh hell yes it was!

 

yeah i JUST got them on this weekend...19s i was just happy to have them...my next stop was actualy to a powder coating place in town to see if they have the color :-D

i know everybody says everyone has them..but you gotta understand..i live in oregon...i see a tC maybe once a week...there arnt many street cars out here that are not civics, so aroudn here you dotn seem em :-D

 

hows it ride with the 19s?

 

pretty much the same..i just have the TRD drop, you feel more of the smaller cracks in the road...and smaler step up things like on bridges or something..but its still fairly nice, not too bumpy

 

love the rims. and love the color of the lights also, but its like your begging to be pulled over.

i also like ur grill, whered u get it from?

 

i got he grills from a guy on here...honestly i have no idea who it was or where i got them, off ebay, i'll see if i can look it up and find it. and the lights are alot more red than the pix, i'll get better ones when i use my gf's camera lol. the only time i'll get pulled over is dusk...hopefully the popo is nice to me :-D never the less i love the look im going to put two more red ones in the side marker lights, it just makes them a little more red than orange.

Red on the front of your car... Immensely a cop magnet. I have a ton of DOT illegal stuff, but that's gutsy.

LoL... I Agree about the unknown's..... They're everywhere now... I can't go to a show and not see another ride with them.

You're number 3 in the Portland Metro Area to have them... I and another BSP have 19 inch unknowns as well...

Time I look for another wheel..... geez.... I need lighter racing wheels anyways.... bummer....

you @$$ you just had to come in and one up me :-P thats okay, i saw the konigs on your car a LONG time ago and fell in love with them. dunno if you remember me or not but finally got em lol. what all do you have that isn't quite legeal? just curious, and also wich door system did you go with, i have mixed feelings about the vertical doors and havnt decided if i want them or not. all i know is i want my system in the trunk before anything else, and someonewhere in the middle is a tint.

 

I think I remember you... I have tinted turns, tinted front reflectors, soon to be tinted tails, quick release stearing wheel, harnesses, and a few other things that wouldn't please the cops I'm sure... if they'd ever notice...

I just got something today that'd really ____ them off... but I'll post pics when everything's installed.

The doors are from JTAutostyle.com and are really nice.... They keep with the theme I'm developing and will really look great when I get a few more things done in the next months.

I'm constantly working on a project, so by this summer, everything should really come together...

I'll probably keep running the unknowns... but may powdercoat them if I start to see more... possibly to all BSP. I haven't made up my mind yet.

 

yeah im really kinda stumped at this moment in time on what i want to do, or where i want to go with the car. it doesnt help that im a poor college student :-)

have you noticed any wear in the doors and or will the ever start to wear down and die out on you? im curious because i've heard rumors about them going out after a year or so. but i dont really know any facts

as for the unknowns, i most deffintly want the black powdercoated mica, if they even have the color?

and as for the reds up front, i've been running them for a week and havnt had any trouble. they are always on during the day and up unti dusk. passed by many a police and no problems yet...knock on wood

 

if i were you WDS..i wouldnt powder coat the rims, they look nice as they are. all black would look nasty. also hopefully ill be stepping it up a notch this weekend with tein h-tech lowering springs, and a mucculloch's 6000k hid kit!!! woo hoo, ill post pics if i can get a camera, o ya honeybucket good job with the car, and i dont know how you could afford rims on a poor college student's budget, i barely can afford a drop!!!

 

oooooooh left out a very important pice of my rims...lol 700 bucks and my stocks for them. a friend of mine who works at car toys, needed money bad, and while i was about ot get my stereo put in, he offored the wheels, i coudlnt turn them down. so it was only 700 out of my pocket and my stocks

 

nice deal...im selling my stocks for about 500 so that sounds about right, hell you got a bargain
