Where's your front plate?!

How long have you been without the front license plate, and any problems with cops?

My thoughts exactly. You need a lot more, to claim that title. Congrats for keeping it clean and stock looking and I don't mean that in a bad way. There are way too many sick TC's in NY. Goto a couple shows and you'll see my point.

i feel you but like i said in other post to people i cant spend too much into because i am in the process of buying a house and getting married and within year or so i plan to buy a house and then get married if it all works out so i can lay all my money on a scion tc plus i would never spend a lot on it. Only car i would consider laying all out is for a 69 ss camaro or like my old 92 Z28 monster camaro. i love the scion but cant see myself going crazy on it so i do what i can how i can and your white Tc is nice but you want to spend that much go ahead i can make it look 10 times better if i wanted to spend the money cuz its there believe me. i would spend double the car amount in a sec but i wont do it. I am tryin to do my best so just bare with me on it in the meantime till i get it a lil more and i will update pics. ighhhhttt =0)

Golly.... you can relax.... you're like me in regards to limited budget... you'd be amazed what you can do though...

Most of the guys are just reminding you that you're a noob around here and saying you have the sexiest tC stepped on a few egos.... LoL

You want to see some crazy cars... check out the pics I took from the SE kickoff in California... They are insane... and definately humbled me... mine's mixed in there as well.

yea i hear ya, noob not at all, i just look around here, i dont reply very much unless i really need to and im mostly on other webform besides this one and dont have much time to type so i just come here and read and im out doin my things. I understand everythin u mean and believe me if this was another car that i plan to keep for the rest of my life it would be speechless. Remember you spend all this money on a scion and i know for a fact you wont keep it for a long time so is it worth it? Im in it for the long run and this is not the car i plan to keep for very long so think about it, is it worth it or not. To some yes but many see it my way also. You can turbo this car to the max and you wont kill a muscle car thats hooked up. Tc is just for cruising and making it look nice cuz no matter what you put you wont be all the way up there. I love TCs but not worth spending thousands into it, spend it on the car you plan to keep. Twin turbo a 02 LS1 5.7 camaro and good luck catchin up. I dont hate, im realistic here. Everyone sees things differently. But think about it seriously, how long are you keeping your TC for? Lets be real. Another hot car comes out and your trading yours in for it. When and if Tc comes out with a newer Tc your trading your car that you spent money on for stock one with a few upgrades. But hey your comments from everyone motivate me anyways to just keep it real and tell me what i should do in your opinions.

The tC looks clean, but I'm not feeling the tails..

Oh, by the way, I hope you are not one of those "Dometics eat Imports" kinda guys. It might be so that the American muscle that you speak about with built motors and boost, would eat a lot of the tC's on here. But there are a select few tC's that can keep up (they run low 12's in the 1/4 if you haven't seen them).

American muscle is good if your ONLY interest is going in a straight-line all the time. But some of us like to go around corners, where your muscle car would quickly be at a disadvantage. Don't recall ever seeing TT LS1's on an autoX or track. Just my 2cents.

Lol...No one cares for that car around these boards. The people who built it are not the best to do business with if you know what I mean. Naw, that's not the only one. Visit the tc Forced Induction section and take a poke around there. A couple of vids of tC's walking away from SRT-4's, and STI's.

Damn these lights are a project. They are hard to make and no joke. They are deff worth it. I started at 10pm one nite and didnt finish till the next day at night at 8pm (about 22hrs non stop). Im so exhausted you guys have no idea. Still not done, i have to see when i have free time to connect my blue 6k angle eye (the white wire around the black bmw shroud)

s2000 projectors
s2000 D2S
TSX ballast
6000k CCFL angle eye (might change if i dont sell my lights)
Tinted Amber Lenz
BlackSandPearl BMW shroud

********will post more pictures tomorrow********

^^^those pictures are without the lights ON!!! I will post more pic tomorrow with the lights on!!

I know everyone insists that projectors are the way to go if you wanna upgrade to HIDS, but I think those look pretty nasty. They make the light look both bugeyed, and the uneven distance from the halos to the projector on different sides makes the lights appear cockeyed as well, the halos need to be angled along w/ the projectors to look right. Also, I'm sorry man I know you said ur whole philosophy on why you don't want to spend any money on your car, but I honestly think it just looks stock....and I'm so tired of seeing stock tc's, I just really don't think they look good anymore. But you've obviously put a lot of effort into your ride, and thats commenable, looks like you've done some real quality work too, w/ paint etc. My recomendation...get some wheels. Makes a word of differance in the look, will make your car not really a stocker anymore, and won't break the bank too much more than ur HID setup probably did depending on the size/ type of wheel you get. Any wheels are better than stock, even some 200 dollar set off ebay...in my opinion.

wow, umm that is so not the the sexiest tC, especially not in westchester! don't go there! I met this guy man and he was bragging on and on about his car and all I wanted to do was tell him that his car looked no different than the ones on the lot. My car had rims and a cf gas door and it drew more attention! Anyways he's full of it. He kept telling everyone that he did the work all by himself...

Blackonblack tC, in case Im mistaken he asked for opinions and even said quote "don't hold back, tell me what you think" or something to that affect. Anyway, I'm entitled to my opinion you communist schmuck. I said I like the dudes car, he's done some inventive stuff and more importantly he's modded it how he likes...but he was saying that his car is the best one around or whatever, and i just find that hard to believe because its still essentially stock w/ some accent mods. Furthermore, don't patronize me...your opinion of my intelligence concerns me not in the least.
