Default OEM Fog Lights

I have an 06 tC on order. I have a quick question.... are the fog lights available to be installed at the port, as a PIO, or do they have to be installed at the dealership after the car arrives?

I would prefer not to have my local dealership install these lights, would rather have them installed at the port, if possible.

I searched, but found nothing on this, so sorry if duplicate post.

Thanks in advance,

SigmaChi3

your local dealer install them, just like the upgrade stereo, spoiler, alarm, ect..thats what i know. infact once your scion arrive at your local dealer from the port you still have to wait for another day to have all the option you want installed....

They are very simple to install. you can have the as PIO or at the dealer. After you research the installation procedure you will see that it may take about 20-25 minutesa at the most and you do not want to pay a full hour at the dealer. If you want to get them and install them yourself that is easy too since the car is already prewired you only need to install the EOM harness under the hood between the lamps and the switch inside.
I think you can do it , your choice

Thanks alot for the information all.

I really appreciate it. Going to have the lights installed at the port, as it costs 420 bucks. I have not found the lights priced below 350 online, so 70 bucks to have them installed at the port seems fair to me.

Thanks again everybody,
