dq, i honestly dont know since i dont have mine yet but i believe the first layer is thin enough to let a little light through so it might make the headlights look weird.. and the second layer prevents that so its a clean cutoff

 

the eyelids you guys ordered recently, have any of you guys received them yet?

 

he said it would ship by tuesday, i saw the fedex truck coming into my neighborhood on the way out after i came home real quick and i followed it around for a bit but it didnt come today

I ended up getting my set from ebay..cheaper and faster, with better customer service! and may be just as good! I installed them and they came out great!

 

only problem with those is they dont come in every color. The FM peeps are screwed, and I am not sure what their blue looks like.

Yeh he doesnt have all colors, which sucks for people like you. But fortunate for me because mine is plain O white..

I've been on the fence about ordering headlight eyebrow overlays for the 06 headlights. Reason is because I'm not sure how it would look with HIDs at night. The HIDs illuminate the entire plastic cover, and I'm wondering how that will look, and if the dual layers will keep the HID light from shining through. Can anyone post pics of this?
