How strong is the CF front rs1 lip?

 

the cf rs1 lip is sturdy and strong, but ofcourse a strong enough rock/whatever hits itits going to crack, any lip will do that.

I got mine for 30 bucks locally and its decently good. the driver side has a crack on the corner where it meets the bumper but nothing crazy and little spider cracks in the clear. lip still looks amazing and for 30 bucks for a cf lip you can't go wrong I think. also have the BBist sides and rs1 rear in cf.

 

Yeah that sounds like what i am trying to go for. I want the Cf rs1 front and sides. Not sure if i will do the rear lip. I had the Jp lipkit before and i would go thru curves and nothing would happen to the lip. $30 sounds amazing!

 

yeah for 30 bucks i couldnt let it go, it has its little flaws but nothing crazy

 

Do they sell the rs1 lip painted in the color white?

 

pretty sure most of them come primered, unless you get a used painted one.

 

Should you get it painted at the dealers so it matches?

you can take a lip kit to any body shop to get it painted aslong as theyre good and paint match well, no need for dealers.

NP, usually shops get the code from the dealer and mix it themselves, and if it did ever come out wrong they are liable to fix it.

my friend was getting rid of it for 30 bucks lol I got lucky and I didn't even want a lip but I couldn't let that deal go.
