Default Which option of clear bra

I was wondering which option of coverage did people buy for their cars. I'm looking for one but there is one for the hood and mirrors and one for the bumper/grill. If i buy both (which I want) so that the hood, mirrors and bumper/grill area are covered it's gonna be like $800. Is this right?

Sorry but it sounds like you're getting ripped off. A body shop in Irvine offers a custom clear bra made from 3M material for $600. This includes bumper, grill, full hood, headlights, fenders, side mirrors, and installation.

If we can help with a Clear Bra let us know. We are the only vendor on here selling tehm. A full kit for yout tc runs around $325. So $800 seems way to high.

Here is a link for our kits and prices.

http://www.rockblocker.com/store/35349.htm

BTW, We use only 3M and all kits are pre-cut

Anyone can sell vinyl, and anyone can install vinyl. I think they are looking for a shop with a good rep to install...

I hear ya. Thats why I spoke up since I dont think anyone has more experience on Scions that us. Been doing this a really long time, not just selling "vinyl" per se, but Clear bra kits. Vinyl is not a Clear bra and a good installer is key.

Wow, I didnt realize this was so hostile in the national section of the site. Sorry for trying to help others. We do work on custom work all the time, we do have customers drive from Cali and we do go to Cali for installs.

Did anyone in Cali ever think that maybe just maybe others are looking for the same things you folks are:

And you dont sponsor.
says who??

I must say I would never buy Rockblocker again, and not just because your product was less than par but because your customer service stinks. Now your saying that clear bra isn't vinyl, and you can sell yours for $500 less than the average price. Clearbra isn't anything special without a good installer, we could just get the 3M kit on ebay for less than $325 that is what your selling right? I am willing to pay the $700-800 for a lifetime guarantee on installation and 5year unlimited warranty on the clearbra.

whoa, What did we ever do to make you upset? Whatever it is sorry for that. Maybe it was a misunderstanding or something. If you want to PM me with your issues I can look into for you.

What I said was that the $800 seems high when we can get you the kit for $325. The labor charge shouldnt be that much to hit the $800 dollar mark. Clear bra film is not vinyl but a urethane film that is stretchable and bendable. Some people think it is vinyl until they see a peice in the hand and play with it.

If you are comfortable paying the 700-800 please feel free to do so. We hear about customers paying 1500 for the luxury cars and scratch our heads.

I dont feel the need to elaborate on the prior issue, but to break it down my product was less than perfect and the complaint was ignored. When I had my clearbra installed it was $350 basic kit bumper or hood. For $500 you can get 5 windows tinted, clear bra, and full detail. $790 was for clearbra on the bumper, hood, door edges, door handles, trunk sill and headlights. For another $100 I could get 5 windows of 3M tint. I must say compared to the other 11 shops on yellowpages.com that was by far the cheapest. The highest was around $1500.
