Whenever i order my stuff before Monday, it ships Monday, and gets here Wednesday.

Pics in a few min. I took my time on the install, but it's cake, really.

INSTALL ADVICE: If you have a 10mm deep socket, you'll need it to get the nuts off of the hatch garnish. Or a small 10mm box wrench to fit in there.

Comparison... can already notice the Oznium is a little lighter of a red and a better match of the tails IMO.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Got mine today. Gonna put it in this weekend. I really need to take pics of my car I've been a member for 5 months and no pics. I'll get around to that this weekend then post them. But anyways 3rd brake light fully lit....Mmmmmmmm!

Quick question....Should I disconnect the battery when installing the brake light?

Sorry another quick question. I saw a tutorial on how to remove the 3rd brake light and it says you have to disconnect the license plate lights. Why do you have to do that? Does the third not come out without them disconnected or something?

 

WidetC: that looks good on FM. I wasn't sure how red would go, but it's very nice.

terror: I ended up disconnecting mine just to be able to work the wrench a little better in that area. You'll see what I mean when you get yours apart. That's also why up above I suggested a 10mm deep socket.

 

I didn't, i didn't disconnect anything, except for the old brake light, lol, but thats just me, if you want to feel safe, go ahead, i don't see what could happen.
