The easiest thing you can do now is use some t-taps to "hardwire" it. Please don't let the word "hardwire" scare you.

i was really hoping that you could send me a replacement.....

cause i bought this product on the fact it was plug and play and would really like to retain the use of the plug

i really suck at crimping and wire cutting...

Yep, in Concord!
You must order online and we will ship to you. You can read why: http://www.oznium.com/local
You'd spend more in gas than you would on our $3.95 shipping!

We'd be happy to ship a replacement if you'd like one.

The t-taps are an easy and quick solution (so you don't have to wait for a new one in the mail).

From the photos you posted, I can only see one wire connected by the t-tap. You'll need to connect both the power and grond wires.

Don't worry, that was the same thing for me. At first I was skeptical about doing my own wiring job to fix the problem. Eventually I did the hardwire and it still didn't work. I figured something inside got jarred loose in shipping or something like that. Oz hooked it up after that.

the reason why I t-taped only one was because the other prong was fine (as seen in the other picture); still it failed to light

^thanks RodC for the uplifting story, it makes me feel better that there are companies like Onzium that will guarentee their product to the fullest

in addition, I chose Oznium over VRD cause they had such great service, and more variations of the TBL

Thanks Oznium for being so supportive! My Order number was 19567, under Keith. So if you could send another to me, that would be great

I dunno, Oznium already has a "smoked" and a "dark smoked", so you won't get anything darker than that. If you want it darker, I'm sure you could smoke it yourself or get it done professionally.

Oznium does have dark smoked. When the smoked one first came out, everyone was getting upset because it wasn't dark enough, so Oz created a darker one. I don't see it on their site but I know they have it.
