well, in my mind i'm thinking, the stock oem replacement housing is about $26 from trdsparks..
and with the oem part, you would pretty assume that thing has the quality of that to last you the lifetime of the entire car..

with your current aftermarket replacement option.. it's just about the same price, however you have issues with them working and the obvious lack of QA at this point..

you would maybe think that the price would be just a bit lower... yanno... just a bit.

dunno... but i'm thinking the damn thing might just be wired backwards... and that's the best case scenario.

(which is kinda stupid, but eh... *shrug*.. still a lack of quality control...)

And something else i am not sure if anybody has experienced, but when i put my mirror covers back on over the Oznium Turn signals i was left with ugly space openings around it, as if it sat too far in, it was definitely not an OEM flush look, and when i put my originals back on it truly was an OEM fit..hopefully i got a bad set, or this is something they are aware of and have fixed it..i sent them a message about it today, so hopefully the new ones going out tomorrow will be ok

I must admit, I was extremely disappointed to see the problems that arose with these new turn signals. The work put into these is not up to the standard that I would expect from Phil and the rest of the Oznium staff. With this said, they still have held true to their word that the customer will always be happy in the end. I received the following email today in regards to the situation, and I would like to thank the entire Oznium crew for continuing to do business with integrity and commitment to the customer. Thank you!

Dear Lee,

Due to some reports of customers having problems with the Scion tC Turn Signals, we've created a coupon for $100 off any future orders at Oznium, which can be used to purchase any item you'd like in the future, including a new pair of our turn signals once we've worked out all of the issues upon receiving and testing a new shipment from our factory.

Your coupon is located at: http://www.oznium.com/promo/?????

Feel free to use this coupon on any of our LED products, it's not only limited to our turn signals, and also your credit card account has issued a refund, which should be reflected within 5-7 business days.

At Oznium, we're not only committed to the best level of customer service possible, but strive for the best quality of our products, and due to an error at our factory, we've failed to live up to our commitment on this product. You need not ship back the turn signals, but in the meantime I suggest using your stock turn signals to avoid any possible problems.

Thanks again for understanding, and we look forward to serving you in the future. Feel free to respond with any questions you may have.

-Kris

Andy, as you mentioned in a previous post, your TBL had issues 4 months past the standard 1 year warranty. Even though it was out of warranty, I made an exception and offered you 50% off a new one. I hope this is reasonable.
