no not really, its just showing off his grille paint job, its nothing that alters its performance

 

Anything that alters performance would belong in Power Hungry. Painting the grill white alters the exterior appearance and therefore belongs in drag coefficient.

same side on mine is broke. not warranty covered either. and the dealer told me you cant just buy the lens, you have to buy the whold thing: grill and bothe lens's and wiring. they blow nuts

 

Do you think it will look nice if you painted your front scion logo black? I think the contrast might look nice.

i like it. did you sand, and primer it before you painted or did you just paint it?

 

diggin' it! now i want to see other body-color match grills! how much work is it to change out? when you get an aftermarket, you could always change back for a while if you get bored, or just for kicks... always nice to have interchangeable parts...

Not a big fan. the paint job looks great but i think it looks better black or billet

 

all the naysayers don't remember the 80s when color matched grills were very popular and envied. white cars were all white including wheels, door handles, grills, bumpers, etc., everything that wasn't rubber or chrome was white. looked good, imo. but that was the 80s.

(i know, sry, kind of a slap and a kiss at the same time.)

 

To bad about the fog light. Mines busted, too. They want $350 for the replacement. You have to purchase the hole unit.

 

you did a good job on it, but i prefer it black. JMO
