Okay so this is off topic at least for Tc's but I have to ask since I don't know and i'm going to do it this weekend:

I've got an LG Voyager that has the paint chipping off around the outside of the screen, where the shiny paint is. I'm going to paint this red this weekend to see how it looks but I don't know what the best process to do so would be, so I've come here looking for some advice since some people have an idea about the painting process. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

 

Take a lot of time in prepping it... you'll get the best results with the right preparation.
