This is a pretty hard job to do. Plus, you've got the pictures at the wrong angles to do the photoshop. It'll look like crap with them on, no offense.

 

i just wanted to get a visual....just trying to do something differant w/my tc to sort of stand out from the crowd ya know what I mean?

i know right...i have a FM TC so i think it'll flow perfectly...w/my cf theme.

 

imop - the TYC tail lights look better on a dark car because they have that black lip around them. BUT - ive seen them on lighter colors and they dont look bad. they have grown on me since they first came out (and i didnt like them at all then).

 

i agree the tyc tails are great but the question is yay or nay for the cf tail light covers on them?

I personally thought it would look good and from the photoshop MJVsTC provided for me (thanks i really appreciate it)...i think im sold on getting the cf covers after all and throwing them on the tyc taisl...

 

i like the idea - looks pretty different. and since your car color is dark ....it should look nice. only thing i would think about is who will be trying to take them.

 

Just keep in mind that you are going to be covering a lot of the LEDs up.

 

covering the lens aint anything to me...u mean the red reflective lens....woopty doo.

If u mean the LEDs i dont think it covers up many of them...and it shows enough of the turning signals as well...so i honestly think it'll be ok. AS soon as I get it I'll post pix for every one to see...cool.

 

honestly i think at the very most i think 3 led's will be covered near the back up light and about 3 on the outer edge

i think about 6 leds will be covered...i can live w/that.

 

Yeah, I meant the LEDs. But I think enough will show.

 

so is it safe to assume that it is growing on people? I should have them in a couple of weeks.

If you want another sort of real life example, the same covers, but on stock tails, captianlaziness has them
